I’m a magazine art director by day, but my first love is photography. My photos are an attempt to express what I feel when I see something.
My style is influenced by my love of photojournalism. I enjoy documenting the people and places I encounter in my everyday life. I live in the Warehouse District of Minneapolis, where many different “types” of people intersect: businesspeople, nightclubbers, sex workers, tourists, homeless, and hipsters. By photographing my subjects how and where I find them, I satisfy my desire to share my specific viewpoint with others.
